Now, I want to make sure you get paid without interruption...to that end, we have just a bit of housekeeping to do, so do this now while you're thinking of it.

I appreciate you taking the time to complete this W-9 form. If you're an affiliate and have made any sales with Niche Affiliate Marketing System, Inc. (through MyNAMS) or Maximize Communications, LLC. or any of our other programs, you'll need to complete a W-9 to receive payment.

We pay affiliates on time and fully. But we also comply with government tax regulations.
