It’s the exact process I followed

Like many who try to build a business on their own, I stumbled and struggled for a couple of years with nothing to show for it except $22,000 in credit card debt.

Making money online seemed like a pipe dream, unrealistic and unattainable.

Then, I got a roadmap from a mentor who listened and guided me. He didn’t force me to take the route he’d taken, but focused on the fundamental steps of building a business that we all must take.

But I had a burning desire to be self-sufficient, work from home and spend more time with my wife in our log cabin in the woods.

That’s why I spent several years working on my business in my hotel room in the evening from 8 to midnight or later. Or hiding out for a couple of hours to work on my business when I flew through Dallas at the travel center at Gate C22.

And by 2007, I was making money online - a good bit actually, but not enough. In 2009, I started the NAMS Workshops where we brought instructors together to train people who wanted to start their own business. 

At the end of 2010, I quit my consulting work because I could no longer afford NOT to focus on my online business. I was making more money with the business than I was in my consulting job.

That was 5 years. Little by little, I achieved my dream of building more freedom and flexibility in my life… And since that time, we’ve sold a couple of million dollars in products online.

Your results will vary. I know people who’ve achieved their dreams in one year. And those who finally did it in 10 years.

There are roadblocks, potholes and detours all along the way. And we’ve often had to re-invent ourselves when the market changed.
