My Biggest Issue:
Where does one store or “house” a specific or multiple products that a customer has purchased?
How is the customer linked to or granted access to DOWNLOAD the specific product they purchased, and
not the ones they did not purchase?
Where do I store the files and navigate them accurately to their individual buys?
That is going to be a function of the software you use. You have to have some kind of shopping cart that allows the purchase and the access.
It also depends on the type of product you are delivering. Is it something that you want housed on your site (like these replays) or is it content you can deliver via an email download?

The ‘Presentation PDF Download – Click Here’ takes me to the NAMS homepage page not the PDF. Is the link broken?

I reset the link and you should be all good.
