First thing though...
Check EVERY INCH OF YOUR INBOX. Make sure you received your confirmation email with your log-in credentials. If you have purchased products from NAMS before, your username and password should be the same. If you used a different email, please shoot us a ticket so we can merge your accounts together. Click the orange chat icon at the bottom of the screen. Here you can either send an email or start a live chat (during business hours).
A ton of your Insiders Club content is delivered via email . You'll want to make sure you white label support@namssupport.com and mynams.com to ensure you receive all of your product training and announcements.

Request access to YOUR Insiders Facebook Group. This where all the action happens!

Be sure to get familiar with the Dashboard.
