There are several things you need to evaluate when you are looking for partners. You don’t just want to run into any relationship without checking out these things:

1) Depth – is this a one-and-done relationship?
2) Consistency – does the partner deliver quality all the time?
3) Would you let them date your sister? – Do you trust the partner with your list?

It’s your reputation on the line, so you want to be sure you protect it.
