I've been involved with NAMS since NAMS2, first as a student and now as as an Instructor. At each conference I had several big aha moments, along with plenty of little tweaks that I can come home and implement. Today I want to share one of those little tweaks with you, mainly because it can be this little stuff that makes a big difference to your bottom line.
During Nicole Dean's presentation in the 400 room about building business assets, she showed us a little ecourse she put together years ago that's still making her money today. I have a few of those myself, and have known about this specific course of hers for years. (It's http://www.webtrafficbasics.com btw).
The think I never paid attention to, but thought was brilliant was to take the content from the autoresponder messages and add it as individual web pages to the Web Traffic Basics site. She makes sure all that content gets indexed by the search engine and actually gets quite a bit of traffic to both the pages on the site and her home page. The end result? More signups and more affiliate sales.
So guess what I'm working on this weekend?
I'm taking two of my ecourses and am setting up pages with the content. Since everything is already written, this won't take me very long.
After that, I'll sit down and plan a few more follow up emails to my existing courses and come up with ideas for a few new ones.
