An Asset Inventory Can Uncover Hidden Treasures in Your Business

Camp Clarity – Episode 5

By Marnie Marcus

During my 26 years in business, I’ve had the habit of periodically taking an asset inventory. This is a big brain dump on paper of my resources, skills, and relationship capital. A good asset inventory will often produce new ideas, enable synergistic collaborations, and locate hidden money streams in your business.

As part of David Perdew’s Clarity Coaching Camp, he has you take a very thorough inventory of your assets. His inventory method is a bit different than what I’ve done before. It’s more thorough and helped me tie my assets back into making my big vision a reality.

In this vlog I’m sharing the epiphany that came to me after completing this exercise. This process helped me make an important decision. I’ll now be able to utilize important assets while building more passive revenues in my business.
