How does the coaching work?

As a VIP Member…

• One full day of one-on-one coaching two times per year or 4 half days.
• Those days can be in person or via Skype or hangout
• Should you travel to my location for a face-to-face coaching, travel costs are your responsibility.

And you also qualify for the Mastermind Membership…

• One Mastermind per year with all of the NAMS VIP Members.
• Location and dates will be determined.
• Should you travel to my location for a face-to-face coaching, I’ll pay your expenses except for travel

NAMS Academy (90-Day Challenge)

• Intake call
• Track assignment
• 12-Week focused group coaching to achieve your goal
• Conducted 3  times per year
• Calls are not recorded

Daily Email Coaching

• Email access to special coaching email with 24-hour response
• Short, focused actionable and tactical questions
• Responses with email or Voxer app or Jing video
• Submit an email only when you have issues (daily is not required)

Monthly Coaching Call

• I offer coaching calls on Mondays. You’ll have access to my coaching calendar with your booking link. You book your monthly session at your convienence. I focus on the vision and execution of your business plan.
• One Monthly call with Jen Perdew – Houlk if needed. Jen focuses on the mechanics of our business and how connect, integrate and automate your funnels, shopping carts, ad campaigns and auto-responders.
• You don’t have to meet with us monthly but you can’t roll over unused calls.
• We do not chase our members. It’s your responsibility to schedule and show up for your appointments

What exactly did you get with the Elite Club and how can you use it?

The Elite Club is Level 4 in our NAMS Funnel.

While the different levels don’t mean much to you I’m sure, it may be a little educational to see how we’ve actually structured the business.

And since Level 4 – Lifetime MyNAMS Elite Club – is the first “cumulative” level, let’s explain this clearly.

So, Lifetime Elite Club is LIFETIME. In other words, everything that you get in this club is for life and one-time payment.

Open Office Hours

• Weekly on Tuesday from noon to 2 pm ET, I’ll be on an open hangout (unrecorded) at http://nams.ws/ooh and will be there to speak in person to anyone with a single question.
• If there’s lots of folks on the line, we’ll limit each person’s time to 10 minutes. If you’re the only one on the line, we can go as long as we need to.

How do I access my stuff on the new MyNAMS member site?

We are constantly changing the MyNAMS system to offer better service, access, support and training.

So, that means we’re in transition. We are moving to Infusionsoft and Customer Hub. And loving the personalization that comes with the system. But the transition is a little tricky. This is a completely new site with an Infusionsoft setup. We will maintain our aMember set up until we are completely migrated.

For the next couple of months, you have two access opportunities.

First, if you joined MyNAMS or purchased anything including free products in the MyNAMS system BEFORE March 11, 2015, click here to login to the site to access your products.

Second, if you joined or purchased ON or AFTER March 11, 2015, click here to login to the new Customer Hub to access your products.

By the end of May, all products will be migrated to the Customer Hub and you will login in at Customer Hub to access everything.

The site layout and display is changing significantly during that time as well. You see some of those simple changes already. Don’t hesitate to leave your constructive feedback in the comments below.
